General Description

Construction and Accommodation

Rainwater gutters and downpipes will be fitted.

The staircases and verandahs will have steel balustrades.

Floors will be finished in either parquet woodblocks or ceramic tiles throughout. Windows will be glazed standard steel casements, to be burglarproofed, whilst ceilings will be plastered and painted to the lower floors and lined in gypsum boards to the third floors.
